Chas's Vegetarian Chili (with Steak)
Serves 20
Ingredients:
- 6 cans chopped or diced low sodium tomatoes
- 6 cans kidney beans
- 6 cans black beans
- 6 cans garbanzo beans
- Chili powder to taste
- 2-4 chopped bell peppers
- 1 chopped onion
- 8-16 ounces chopped sirloin steak
- ½ cup stevia
Directions:
- Add beans, tomatoes, and chili powder to large pot. Simmer while preparing the peppers, onions, and steak.
- Sauté peppers and onions. Cook steak. Add to large pot. Simmer for a half hour to an hour.
- Stir in stevia at very end. Serve.
