Chas's Vegetarian Chili (with Steak)

Serves 20

Ingredients:

  • 6 cans chopped or diced low sodium tomatoes
  • 6 cans kidney beans
  • 6 cans black beans
  • 6 cans garbanzo beans
  • Chili powder to taste
  • 2-4 chopped bell peppers
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 8-16 ounces chopped sirloin steak
  • ½ cup stevia

Directions:

  1. Add beans, tomatoes, and chili powder to large pot. Simmer while preparing the peppers, onions, and steak.
  2. Sauté peppers and onions. Cook steak. Add to large pot. Simmer for a half hour to an hour.
  3. Stir in stevia at very end. Serve.

Calories: 388, Fat: 2g, Carbohydrates: 66g, Protein: 25g
